A fatality has now been confirmed in an Ontario car crash when a vehicle flipped on Mountain Avenue, just off of the 60 freeway ramp.
CHP CAD logs confirmed the fatality early Monday morning around 1am.
Records show that at approximately 1:18am, the San Bernardino SheriffтАЩs Office (SBSO) for coroners were called in.
Units arrived at the scene around 12:39am.
The local community was saddened by reports of the scene.
тАЬNo one should be informed of the death of a loved one in this way. The hard words, while true, should not be how they are seen,тАЭ said one community member on Facebook.

Exclusive footage was captured of the scene by the public showing authorities and fire fighters just outside тАШEl PescadorтАЩ restaurant.
It is unclear whether the fatality was from the driver or if the driver struck a pedestrian.
